If you’re still waiting for your refund to arrive in your account, here are a few things to consider:
Is it too soon?
Refunds can take up to seven working days to be paid, from the day we receive your item(s) for refund back. So if it hasn’t yet been seven working days since then, please be patient and check again later.
Have we received your item(s) back yet?
We cannot issue a refund until we’ve received your item(s) back. You will get a confirmation email when that happens.
If you haven’t heard from us within a few days of sending your item(s) back, please contact your carrier (DPD, Royal Mail etc.) to get proof of delivery (POD) to us. When you get the POD, contact our Customer Support Team who will investigate further.
Has your refund been processed?
Once we receive your item(s) and it has been processed and passed for refund you will receive another confirmation email to let you know your refund is on the way. At this point the refund will typically take three to five working days to hit your account.
Are you checking the right account?
Please make sure you’re checking in the right place for your refund to appear.
Refunds are made through the original order payment method. If you used a particular card to pay, the refund would go back on that card. If you paid via PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay, your refund will arrive through them. If you paid by money transfer you will be refunded to that bank account.
If it’s been more than five working days since we confirmed your refund had been passed for payment, please call or email our Customer Support Team for help:
