The short answer is yes. But you will need to return the item or items you don’t want for a refund, and then place a new order for the item or items you do want.
You can make a return with our 30-day easy returns policy. You’ll need to go through the Returns process on the website. Before you do, there are a few things you need to know.
Strictly 30 Days
Remember, you have a 30-day window from receiving your order to inform us that you want to make a return. Strictly no returns after 30 days.
Eligibility
To be eligible for return and refund, items must be in new condition and in original packaging. Items that have been fitted, have parts or components missing, or have been damaged after they have been received may be refused a refund or a partial refund may be issued.
Get in Touch
Begin your return in the Returns area on the website.
If you were logged in when you made the purchase use the Returns Portal to return your order. If you checked out as a guest, please use the Guest Returns Portal. Follow the returns process as prompted, selecting "Refund" for the action you want to take.
What happens next?
You will be advised whether to send your order back to us or expect it to be collected by a third party. If you need to return your order it will be at your own expense. Collection cost will be deducted from your refund.
Do NOT send an order back until you are notified that the return has been approved.
Refunds take up to seven working days to arrive in your account, paid using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
