We do our best to make sure we have high availability for all our products. But sometimes stock does run out. Here are a few things to consider if your item isn’t available:
Short Term Out of Stock
If your product is out of stock, and we’re expecting more to arrive soon, you will have an option on the product page to get a notification when it becomes available again. Simply enter your email address in the ‘Email me when available’ box and click NOTIFY ME. We’ll let you know as soon as your product is back in stock.
Unavailable Products
If an item is out of stock and not expected to be in for a while, there won’t be the option to receive a ‘back in stock email notification’. But if you scroll down the out of stock product page to MORE LIKE THIS, you might find a similar suitable item that is available.
Alternative Product Types & Finishes
Where applicable, an alternative version of a product will show on the right-hand side of the product page. It might include different types of the same product, different finishes or sizes. You might like one of these product variations as much as the out of stock item.
Forward Orders
You cannot forward order out of stock products by buying them now and having them delivered when they become available again. You’ll see that for out of stock items there will be no ADD (to basket) button or Buy Now option on the product page to prevent forward ordering.
