Sometimes it can be tricky to find a specific product when shopping online, especially if you’re not 100% familiar with different product types, their attributes or the terminology surrounding them.
SKU Code
The easiest way to go directly to a product on our website is to use an SKU code. However, it’s OK if you don’t know it, there are three easy ways to search:
Search Bar
The quickest way to find products is to use the site search bar at the top of a webpage. Simply enter the product name, product type, category, an attribute or other related keyword. The search results will appear immediately, ranging from very closely matching your search terms, to similar but less related products as you look down the results. Click on a product to view it.
Mega Menu
You can also find products using the mega menu, which is a hover-over, drop-down menu at SHOP ALL in the top left of website pages. This will show a large list of product categories and their sub categories. Hover over the categories on the left and their sub categories will appear to the right. Click on a category or sub category to view it.
Filter By
When you’re on a category or sub category page you can filter those products using FILTER BY on the left. This allows you to sort products by price, colour, size, material, attributes and more, to help you find what you’re looking for.
Unavailable Products
If after using site search, the mega menu and filtering you still can’t find what you need, it might be because we simply don’t stock that particular product.
If you can’t find a product that you’ve bought before, it could have been discontinued or is unavailable for an extended period. In that case you can contact the customer support team for more information: call, email or live chat on the website.
