We sometimes offer discount codes for promotional items. This can be a percentage off the usual price or a multi-buy offer. Codes are generally offered in promo emails or you can pick them up on our Offers & Discount Codes page when they’re live.
Note – if you don’t see any codes on the Offers & Discount Codes page, then that means there are no codes available at that time. But this page is updated regularly, so it’s worth keeping your eye on.
Here’s how to use a discount code:
Grab your items
Add the items that you want to buy, including promotional items, to your basket and head for the checkout.
Enter your discount code
At the top of the checkout REVIEW & PAY page there’s a DISCOUNT CODE field. Enter your code here and click APPLY.
Then check in the order summary on the right of the page to make sure your code has applied. If it hasn’t, try again ensuring the correct code was entered. If it still doesn’t work, contact customer support for help.
Checkout
When your order total has been automatically recalculated to include the code offer, you can then continue with payment in the usual way. For more information regarding discount codes Ts & Cs visit our Terms and Conditions page.
