We aim to deliver your order asap. A majority of our products are dispatched for next working day delivery if ordered Mon – Wed before 3pm and before 5pm on Thursdays.
Our main services are delivery to your address and Click & Collect, in partnership with DPD. Products dispatched from our order fulfilment centre have these delivery services.
DPD Home Delivery
As you would expect, home delivery is exactly that. Your order is delivered to your home address, or work address, for next working day as stated above. This delivery method is FREE for orders over £55.
DPD Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a handy option if you’re not going to be there to receive your delivery. Your order is sent to your local pick-up shop where you can collect it at your convenience. The Click & Collect service is FREE for orders over £40.
Note that FREE Click & Collect is not available in NI, Northern Scotland, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and IoM.
Products Delivered from Our Suppliers
Some of our products are dispatched from suppliers. When this is the case it will be clearly shown on the product page, on the red tab above the green Add to basket button. Delivery times range from 2-3 working days up to 14 working days.
These products include doors, acoustic wall panels, wardrobe doors, bathroom taps & showers, kitchen taps & accessories, curtain poles & blinds, wallpaper, electrical switches & sockets et al.
A few things to note about products dispatched from our suppliers: the delivery cost is included; Click & Collect is not available; and any other items on your order that can be dispatched for next working day will be.
Special Deliveries
We also offer special delivery options. These include next working day delivery before 12:00pm, before 10:30am, Saturday delivery and more.
