Tracking your order’s delivery progress gives you the peace of mind to know that it’s on its way and on schedule. It can also give you the opportunity to manage your delivery options.
Here are the ways you can track your order:
Next day delivery
Most of our products are delivered next working day, if ordered before 3pm the previous day Mon - Wed and by 5pm on Thursdays. We use DPD for this delivery service who offer excellent tracking features, either on their website or in-app.
Track a DPD order using the email and SMS information sent to you on despatch or with In-Flight on the DPD App. This gives you real-time parcel tracking, lets you update delivery instructions and enables you to rearrange a missed delivery. You will also receive push notifications directly to your device and photo delivery confirmation for a ‘safe place’ delivery.
Alternatively access DPD Follow My Parcel using your tracking number or call card number.

Products with longer delivery times
Some of our products, especially larger items such as doors and wall panels, despatch directly from our supplier. Because of this, they take a little longer to be delivered.
